Minecraft with cellular data on iPhone11 gets horrible fps

Hi, I’m playing on iPhone 11. I just moved and I won’t have internet for a while. Whenever I try and use cellular data with Minecraft I get around 0.3 fps. Not an exaggeration. I looked around and found nothing for this on here. But tell me if there is a solution to this. Thanks!
