Blocked Name For Tools and Weapons after Enchanting or Naming

On PlayStation 4 in Minecraft Realms I will try to enchant and/or name an iteam and the name will com out ##########. No profanity or offensive language was used, just a simple enchant will trigger it. 

What I expected to happen was...:
I believe it has to due with the game thinking it is profanity and /or offensive language. 

What actually happened was...:
I died going through a portal in the end, fell into the void, and then tried to rebuild my armor and tools to go back. I tried to enchant my armor and tools and with any enchantments, books, or naming, such as the letter A, it would block the name using the symbol # untill the character limit is reached.

Steps to Reproduce:
I am not sure what exactly triggered or what is causing it. Reinstalling the does not fix the bug either.
