Missing skins

Hello thank you for you time and consideration,

I'm not sure if it is a bug

 

My character reverted back to Steven skin and tried to equip my skins I had earlier, but then I wasn't able to view or select Hairs style. When I try to select chosen skin, there is a pickaxe or hatchet that shows on the top right corner. The tiles previews on the left usually show green, but now they are all grey. Also my sound effect has a glitchy noise as if I am mining more than one resource. Not sure if the PS4 is Bedrock/Java or both.
