Jigsaw Blocks Don't Work

When attempting to use a jigsaw block all of the input fields are present but there is no "generate" option which makes the jigsaw block unusable. There also isn't a "level" option which adds more customization to how the jigsaw blocks generate structures but the main issue is the fact that you can't use them in the first place.
