Audio glitch with sounds stuttering constantly

Placed a bell over a door and struck it from the front. The audio froze and glitched for a moment and then immediately started stuttering, with musical notes and ambient sounds repeating rapidly. The sound stutters constantly now. The saved world loads and immediately stutters. Other saved worlds are not affected.
