Command blocks, anvils and structure blocks are not working.

The command blocks, anvils and structure blocks are not working. We are not able to use them now. 

Command blocks will not add the wording and numbers to be used. Goes blank. Anvils: when you put the word you want on a name tag this is what is shown##### for the words (Tp Hub). Structure block: well not register the save of the structure. 

 

Please help. This is my economy realm. What is going on. Please fix it. Thank you.
