cant move after being AFK

when i come back from being afk for a while i cant move at all. i'll try everything i can before being forced to restart my game. its very time consuming as my game takes around 7 minuets to load. if im in a world it'll also force me to split screen, and even after creating four guests and swapping to the original character, i still cant move. theres no specific thing that happens, its just a normal screen but i cant move.
