The Adventure Time Mashup Pack skin Huntress Wizard No Cape

I was going to buy the Pack until I noticed that there was no cape. I'm wondering if it can be fixed because its been like that for a few versions. Also I've noticed multiple Mashup Pack skins without a cape when their supposed to have one.
