i cant join any server

i cant join any server, Hive, mineplex, cubecraft, none. i already reseted my minecraft and stills doing that. im from ps4 btw, but when i try to join for example hive, the connection server its gray and thats the 1st weird thing and then i go back to the server list, this is kinda annoying because im a hive player and its boring cant play the server i love
