World Stuck On Building Terrain

SO Ik this will be Flagged as a Dupe Report... But I have figured out something very crucial about this. I was able to log into the world from my iPhone version of minecraft through LAN but when I tried to TP my main Account (World Owner Character) It said it "No Target Selected" but yet I was in the World that running on My xbox one that was stuck saying Building Terrain!
