my friend cant join my world

my friend cant join my world I've invited him several times and he cant join I can join him and he has managed to join my old worlds but not that one world which is my main world it usally works as this I invite him and he tells me it says locating server and he cant join so he leaves and it says he left but it didnt say he joined so I think its a bug.
