Bubble Column Water Texture Glitch

I tried filling this structure with water both with the fill command first, then I sponged the whole thing to try fixing it, filled with with water buckets, and the texture was still the same. The water takes on the bubble column's texture. I'm not sure how I got the first picture with the (I'm guessing) pumpkin or sign texture. The glitch happened in the same exact pattern of water. The water still keeps it's original physics. I tried copying the world to see if the texture would fix, and it stayed the same.
