Armor Stands killed with /kill make a sound and play the death animation for 1 frame

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place/Summon an armor stand
2. Kill the armor stand using the command '/kill @e[type=armor_stand]'

Expected Results:
The armor stand vanishes without a trace.

Observed Results:
The armor stand dies as if it were a living mob.
