Blocks look weird from far away

Block textures look super weird from far away. This also includes lava and water. Blocks also look a little messed up in the commands menu when you're doing something that requires you to pick a block. As far as I know, it's only on Windows but IDK so let me know if this happens on Android and IOS. It's a little hard to tell in screenshots so look hard if you can't tell.
