Unable to access skins or marketplace.

Every time I open my game, the skin on the right of my screen starts infinitely loading. I open the wardrobe, and everything is gray. I also tried to open marketplace, and it also goes to an infinite loading screen. I have great Wi-Fi, my game is fully updated, and I regularly search for new updates. If I restart my game or my computer enough, it will load but this is a very rare occasion. I also noticed that my name plate disappears.
