Can't breed animals, specifically chickens and cows.

I was able to breed my animals – cows and chickens – a couple of days ago. However, now I can not. I was and still am able to breed sheep, just not cows or chickens. I have tried every possible method to fix this issue, from restarting my Xbox to uninstalling the game and reinstalling it again, yet none of these seemed to fix the issue.
