I bought a word from the marketplace and it will never load

I bought a world template from the marketplace and it doesn't work, The name of it is pet shop 2

it won't let me download it I spent $10 on it I was hoping I would be able to play this and you can obviously tell that I'm disappointed I got this because I thought that Minecraft would never fail me and this wouldn't be a waste of my time turns out it was if you can't fix the issue sooner than later I will have to ask for my money back.

it only gets up to 3 & 1/2 then restarts, once it's done doing that the download button appears again I end up tapping it it says downloading and then a marketplace failed to load icon pops up
