Unable to buy minecoins when turn on WiFi

Unable to purchase minecoins when WiFi is on

Step to reproduce:

1. Click on marketplace on the minecraft bedrock main screen. 
2. Click on the minecoins button. 
3. Click to purchase/buy minecoins. 

Observed Results
It will say that your WiFi have a problem when trying to purchase/buy minecoins. However, my WiFi is good and I can play server and download marketplace content too.

Expected Behavior
Able to purchase minecoins when WiFi is on
