If a waterlogged block is surrounded in 4 other waterlogged block, the water texture will turn into a different texture

Basically, when one waterlogged block is surrounded by 4 other blocks, it displays an incorrect water texture which in this case shows seaweed and mossy stone bricks (Stone Brick image from reddit)
