Oops, looks like this account is already connected

When trying to sign in with microsoft with PSN, an error appears "Oops, Looks like this account is already connected" and when I visited the help page, it says that the account already connected appears in the message but that doesnt happen to me . This has happened for several days now and ive tried guessing the original account with no success
