Downloading something on the market place won't download as progress bar won't fill, and pressing cancel softlocks the game

I bought something from the marketplace, but when I start downloading content, it won't work and the progress bar won't fill, and pressing cancel softlocks the game, it might affect Xbox One, Xbox Series, PS4, PS5, Nintendo switch consoles, and Windows, MacOS, Android, and IOS systems too

 

How to Reproduce:

1: Go to Market place

2: Select My content

3: Select any skin, texture, or world 

4: Select download, when the download content window opens, select download 

Observed Results:

it won't download and the progress bar won't fill, pressing cancel softlocks the game **

Expected Results:

The download works and it fills the progress bar, it will be completed soon
