Advanced Block Pick does not get the data from command block minecarts

Using the advanced block pick (ctrl + middle click) does not get the data inside a command block minecart

Steps to replicate:
1. Place down a command block minecart
2. Fill out a command and edit out some settings
3. Advanced Block Pick the command block minecart (ctrl + middle click)
4. Place down the given command block minecart
5. Observe that the command and any other settings do not take affect

Expected Results:
The command block minecart has the command filled in

What actually happens:
The command block minecraft spawns with no data

Extra Information
The 1.19.10 changelogs added "Advanced Pick Block now copies the items inside when used on a Boat with Chest (MCPE-153410)" meaning it is possible to get data from entites
This feature works properly in Java Edition
