Marketplace Bedrock won't finish downloading store item

I am having issues with the marketplace on Xbox and creating worlds on Xbox. I download items from the marketplace, and it says it is downloading part 1, but when it goes to part 2 to install it doesn't move and sits there with no progression. The same with making a world. It doesn't go past the 2nd final loading screen of installing it and loading it up to start the world. I can take screenshots of my Xbox if needed as it not letting me report it on my Xbox so I am reporting on my PC. This has been going on for months, I hope you fix the issues that the console is having so I can finally enjoy playing on my console Minecraft again.
