Custom Banners Don’t Appear with RTX On

When making a custom banner with a RTX texture pack on, that custom banner will not show the design when placed. 

How to Replicate: 

Use RTX texture pack

Place down a banner with a design

 

 Results:

Banner with design after placed down does not show design with RTX on but instead shows a blank banner (color dependent on banner used before making design)

 

Expected Results:

Banner with design after placed down should show the design with RTX on
