Copper slabs always place on bottom half.

Copper slabs aren’t being placed properly.

Every time i try to place any copper slabs it always places it on the bottom half. Even when my crosshair is pointing the top half of the block I am placing it on, it will ALWAYS put the slab on the bottom.
