Game lags so bad it is unplayable

Local multiplayer lags so bad the game is unplayable. It takes minutes to get in and out of chest and inventory, the game just lags and all of a sudden you're dead. Chunks just don't load and then you fall through world and die. Chest boats that you're pulling just disappear forever from the game. 1.19.2 on switch is basically unplayable for local multiplayer.
