Many owned and not owned items in Character Creation won't load

When I use the Character Creation and choose my owned item, most items, owned and not owned did not show the preview and also not have the equip button or the button to buy it. I've also tried to wait but for 30-40 mins it still not load. Few items is not working at first but worked for some reason? But in the end most of them won't load. Also my internet is fine, I've tested at 2 different location, 1 is normal speed 1 with high speed wifi.
