Minecraft for Windows installation bug on the launcher

Good evening, I have a problem with Minecraft for Windows. he doesn't want to settle down. When I start the download, nothing happens. No loading bars or anything. I do not know what to do. I already had Minecraft for Windows before, but I couldn't play anymore because the updates wouldn't happen. So I uninstalled it, then now I'm here... It won't install.
