Skeletons don't drop bows anymore

Back in 0.12.0 Skeletons would occasionally drop bows when killed. We haven't seen that happen in a while. Perhaps the feature was removed?

Samsung Galaxy S6 (SM-G920W8), Android 5.1.1 MCPE 0.15.1 Beta 1 tested single player creative and survival.
