Xp not collecting

In my Minecraft bedrock world whenever I go to kill mobs in my my mob farm they drop the xp and I collect it but my levels don’t go up I saw a issue similar to mine except it was on Java edition and on a server but my xp bug happens on my vanilla bedrock single player world and I tried leaving and rejoining the world, closing out of Minecraft entirely and then starting it back up again, and resetting my settings but no luck please fix this I want fortune three on my pickaxe.
