As the title says,  when I use my game in window mode while playing in Samsung DeX, the transparent blocks (Leaves, glass, etc) will make the window transparent.

 

Steps To Reproduce

1. Unlock your Samsung device
2. Open Minecraft
3. Put the game into in Window Mode
4. Open a world in Minecraft
5. Look at any transparent blocks
