Sculk Catalyst doesn't spread when mobs die on non-full blocks

Skulk Catalyst doesn't spread when mobs die by landing on pointed dripstone.

Tested on the Nintendo Switch. Both in creative and in survival.

 

Steps to replicate:

• Drop mob on pointed dripstone
• Catalyst blooms but doesn't spread skulk
