Vertical flying redstone creations that reach build height with item added on top crashes game and realm.

Normally a vert flying redstone creation breaks up or stops when it reaches build height.
I activated a Redstone, piston, flying machine in our new realm and it flew up to the clouds. When it reached the build height it stopped and said build height... So I decided to place a chest on top for testing lol and our realm crashed and wouldn't let us in until we reset the realm. Kept saying cannot enter realm.
I'm using a blu studio xl and my son was on his kindle and kindle HD. Which makes me think its not device but server.
