Trees generate on sand

Expected result: Upon generation, trees spawn on dirt blocks

Actual result: Upon generation, some trees spawn on sand blocks

-The world was created during 1.19.0 but the bug was only found during 1.19.2 Hotfix.
-Seed and coordinates are shown on the images
