Game freezing and crashing on "Done!" screen

Sometimes I will (try to) load a world, and instead of the world, well, loading,, it gets stuck on "Done!". Sometimes the world will still load if you wait long enough, and sometimes it will just crash after a while.

Here is a video. In this case, the game just crashed.

 

(and yes, I searched this, but couldn't find anything.)
