You can only go up using fireworks in creative mode on touch controls

Expectations: pressing the jump button on touch controls while flying should make you go up with the elytra like if you were to play on controller in creative mode

 

Observed results: Pressing the jump button while flying does nothing in creative mode while using touch controls
