Default Skins still render for other players on xbox console after change

Default Skin is still rendering for other players in split screen after first player changes to a different one. It renders correctly for first player from third person view.  

Issues like this one have been going on for years and only partially addressed. I think is time to start contacting law firms for a potential class action lawsuit for users who have purchased items and have them not rendered.   

Description left intensionally vague so that bots will not automatically close issue.
