Custom Skin Will Not Load; Can't access Marketplace

Custom skin will not load since 1,18 and still will not load with the 1.19 release. Cannot access the skin creator to even use a Marketplace skin. None of the buttons on the side or the "create skin" button are clickable for me. I can't access Marketplace at all from the home screen or while in game. When you hover over the "marketplace" button while in game I get "invalid session" and try restarting the game.

Steps I have tried to fix the issue:

 - Logged out of account and back in - can't access Marketplace or Skin creator

 - Terminate the game from the app settings screen - sometimes it will work

 - Cleared all MC data - still can't access Marketplace or Skin creator

 - Uninstalled/Reinstalled - still can't access Marketplace or Skin creator

 - Same issue whether hardwired or on WIFI

 - Reset modem/router - still can't access either Marketplace or Skin creator
