Goat horn sound remains static

When you right click a goat horn and it plays a sound, the sound position doesn't follow the position of the player. Instead, it remains in the same position. I'm not sure if this is a bug.

Also, I'm not sure if this bug exists in the Java Edition of the game.

 

How to replicate:

1. Create a new creative world on Minecraft Bedrock Edition 1.19

2. Take any goat horn from the creative inventory

3. Right click it and move away at the same time

You will hear the goat horn sound from far away where you were before.
