End Crystals Move in Opposite Direction Pushed by Pistons

When placing the end crystal moved by piston, they go the opposite way than pushed (See video)

Use set up in video to recreate

How to Recreate:

1. Piston attached to Redstone clock
2. Place end crystal in front so it gets pushed (into obsidian)
3. Sometimes they go the wrong way!

Observed Results
