Cannot add or create a skin or access market place.

Unable to upload/create a skin or access market place on Windows edition.

What I expected to happen was...:
I expected to go to the market place or upload a custom skin to play with.

What actually happened was...:
The button for the market place does not take me anywhere. The button to create a new character does not work either.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Attempt to select Market Place button

1. Select Dressing Room button
2. Attempt to select Create Character button
