Enchantment table book texture glitch while breaking table

When a player in survival mode attempts to break an enchantment table, the book entity on the top glitches out

Steps To Reproduce
In survival mode, place an enchant table and try breaking it with your hand. It will have a broken texture.

Expected Behavior
The book will either have a "cracked" texture or just the table would display a cracked texture.

Actual Result
The table has a fractured duplicated texture on the book
