Minecraft Windows Bedrock Achievements not working

I'm going to describe something that doesn't happen today.
I played Minecraft on the android version for a long time.
And a few years ago I started playing the windows version (I didn't have a machine to run it).
One thing that NEVER happened is to have the records of my achievements, in the windows version. I have complained several times and nothing has been resolved.
But now it's bothering me. With version 1.19, I decided to start over a new world (it must be the 23rd world I start over).

Only this time I will describe what was done:

 
1 - My computer was recently formatted.
2 - Installed windows 11 as well as X-Box App and Minecraft Lauch.
3 - I installed Minecraft 1.19.2 (both through the X-Box App, and later I tested the installation through the Windows Store, where I bought the version of Minecraft Windows)
4 - I started a whole new world! In survival mode, normal level, without activating any Cheats.
5 - I am logged into my Microsoft Windows account.
 
Despite having done all this, no achievements or awards are counted.

I'm aware that I shouldn't turn on cheats, or be in creative, that my world doesn't record achievements!
 
I've already talked to the Microsoft team, who always give the same instructions to everyone they contact, and in the end, they send in contact with mojang support. I did that, and they gave me the link to enter this report.

But this must be a general bug, or for some, as I see A LOT of complaints, consulting google, looking for a solution.

I never cared about achievements. But now it affects my Microsoft Rewards earnings, and my XBOX account achievements. Because the game I play the most, doesn't register that I'm playing and conquering the challenges.

I've tried everything. And it shouldn't be so complicated for this to be active, without having to do dozens of procedures to get it working.

Uninstall, logout, format, install, log in, test...

What else can be done and instead of you coming up with a solution for this? I kindly request a procedure to resolve this.
