Creating World takes a long time

When creating a world on a 4GB RAM android 5.1 device it takes a very very long time too create, I like to speedrun and when doing that u create alot of worlds but i don't do that anymore because of slow world creating, Mojang please fix this! 

Note: This issue started right after 1.16.40, 1.16.40 was the last version for me that create worlds fast
