Can't Change Xbox Account

Hello Mojang, today I was on my sibling's iPad, and they were logged out of their Xbox account. I accidentally logged in with the wrong account, and I can not sign out of it. I have tried deleting the app and restoring it, that did nothing, and changing credentials in the official Xbox app. I need a response ASAP. Thanks!
