Dragon Egg teleported into End Portal and disappeared

So i just beat the game, i teleported the ender dragons egg so i could collect it, but something went very wrong. THE EGG TELEPORTED ON THE PORTAL. When i went trough the portal it wasnt there, i just lost the rarest item in the game due to a bug. Im very unlucky yes but even tho its 1:1000000 it should be fixed as soon as possible.
