Glow Berries Plants(Cave Vines) Issue

Cave Vines body with berries doesn't turn to Cave vines head with berries when the Cave Vines under it is broken.Watch the first video(Minecraft 2022-06-23 21-43-57).

How it should behave is supposed to be like Cave Vines without berriesas is in the second video(Minecraft 2022-06-23 21-43-41).
