Hunger drains too fast

The Hunger bar is kinda bugged, like what i mean is that if you are running it gets low pretty fast

it was like that in minecraft java edition before 1.11 but the issue is similar to bedrock i want this to be fixed because when playing with my friends it goes down pretty fast and it annoys me pretty much. I dont have to send videos or pictures because if you test it yourself youll see it also and its a issue that is like there for about 6 years cause i have 6 years of experience i cant tell more.
