When moving it starts bugging out and zipping in directions randomly.

When I go to move around with my finger, it works for awhile but after like 10 minutes my screen starts to bug out and move in rapid, random directions towards where I'm going, but it is zipping around fast and is extremely hard to play with. If I save and quit it fixes itself but then upon return, once again, 10 minutes or so later it returns. I would REALLY appreciate a helping hand on fixing this bug, thank you so much for your help
