Potion of harming does not kill mobs but does give their drops

You guys marked 15525 as fixed but as of 0.15.0 it still affects Windows 10 Edition and Pocket Edition on Windows Phone. Hostile mobs do die from potions of healing however, but for passive mobs this is still not fixed.
